At Culinary Hardware, we want you to be delighted with every item you purchase for your kitchen. If something doesn't quite fit your needs, don't worry - we're here to help you sort it out hassle-free.
You can return most items for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Just keep in mind that return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging for us to accept it.
Please note that there are a few exceptions to our return policy:
Any outbound shipping charges collected on the order won't be refunded, such as upgraded shipping charges or assembly services.
However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions don't apply. We'll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.
To initiate a return, simply email returns@culinaryhardware.com.
You have the option to receive store credit, exchange, or get a refund back to your original payment method. Please note that any associated return shipping costs (both to and from your location) will be deducted from the refund amount. Please allow up to 7 days for refunds to be processed.
Larger Appliances
For large appliances, you can return them within 30 days of delivery as long as they haven't been installed and are in their original packaging. In some cases, a manufacturer's restocking fee may apply. Before installation, make sure to check the product for any damage, verify the name and model number, and inspect it carefully.
If you happen to receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, please don't accept the delivery. Notify your delivery representative(s) and contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement. Once an appliance has been installed, it cannot be returned.
